Run setup and choose remove all. There are a few registry keys to be
manually deleted, which are documented in a tech net article.

You have to swap the memory chips so that the chip in slot0 is in slot1 and
the chip in slot0 is in slot1 etc. Then press and hold the power button for
43 seconds. When the server comes up, pour cold coffee on the hard drives.
