The Exchange service account should work - strange. You could also assign
your own account mailbox owner permissions on the mailbox via the Exchange
Administrator program (using ther Permissions tab. Remember that the
default cache refresh time is 120mins.

to the permissions on the container that the mailbox is under.
Or you could open the users mailbox in Exchange Admin and under the
permissions tab add you NT account in.
