TechNet has very good whitepapers on coexisting with and migrating from
Notes. The Exchange Migration Wizard is the tool you're probably
looking for.

There are a few tools out there that can easily migrate mail data from Lotus to PSTs.
Some tools are not perfect. For example they change the Received data of the all
migrated messages to the date of migration. Also when messages are migrated, their
Reply-to field could get screwed up, and when
I read the exadmin.chm very well, and then migrated 200+ users from our
Lotus Notes to Exchange 2000 domain. Using the migration wizard (after
creating all the connector id's and giving it priviledges within each
mailbox) worked like a champ. We did encounter one problem when SP2 was
