Seriously, a Compaq ProLiant with 1GB RAM and dual 1+ GHz CPUs would probably do fine (can you get anything less nowadays?). Leave POP3 out of it, it's an SMTP issue. Simplify the issue. SMTP is SMTP, if they can send to a recipient in one location, but not another one has to look at what is different. Since the mail is accepted by the Exchange server and then rejected. Do you have them connecting to a different SMT
