I have users that come thru AOL to get to my OWA, and the issues I always have with them is they want to use IE from AOL, not IE from Microsoft. If your AOL users didn't download the IE directly from MS, then they are using an IE that doesn't connect to OWA. I just make copies of the IE 6.0
