To find the folder in Explorer, go to the M: drive of the Exchange server. Under the M: drive you will find your organization domain name like COMPANY.COM. Under that you will see a folder called PUBLIC FOLDERS. Underneath that will be your public folder tree. Let me know if this helps. I am
