Answers: 1. We have been using it since 5/2000. 2. We bought another company, they are using Notes. 3. It is a connector, no user support. 4. Never counted. It is busy all day. The connector is between New Jersey and SF. 5. It is fairly reliable, but the server does have to be recycled
