Go to the properties of the Ms Exchange Information Store service (control
panel > services) on the other 5.5 server and login the w2k box as that
user.

Had it running before on the same machine previously, it does say E5.5
is not compatible with W2K but if you install Sp4 for e5.5 it run
properly under W2k.
