No the 2nd server joined the site flawlessly. There are no problems with name resolution (as MS suggested) and just to be sure of this I did add each machine to the HOSTS file. This error doesn't occur until replication of the server's user objects start. Permissions, connectors and all others

Looks like a name resolution error. When you added the 2nd server into the existing site, didnt you get some error messages? Try adding the names of the other Exch server into each respective server's hosts files. RPCPing is also your friend. - Original Message - From: dave [EMAIL
