I only do this with Project 98, but if you open it with Project
2000, and then try to save it, one of the choices in the FILE TYPE
drop down menu is for the current format or the 98 format.

Yup. Checkout Microsoft's Remote Desktop Connection software. It works
great with Windows 2000 Server or Windows XP. It will not connect to
Windows NT 4 boxes though. For that I go with VNC.

PS you could get crazy and load up IIS and do the web interface and run it
thru a browser..
