The
latest version of Scanmail can now tell if you change the extension and thus
block it. HOWEVER, it still does not block files inside of
ZIPs.

Not that amazing. How many technical people have any business sense? Or

Hello All:
Can anyone point me in the right direction for configuring SSL for IMAP
for Exchange 5.5 on Win2000? We have IIS5 installed and the certificates
are working for OWA.
On NT4 it's done through Key Manager, but I can't find the equivalent for
it on Win2k.
Thanks!

I'm installing a new server and would like some guidelines on how big the
disk for the logs would be. I don't want circular logging. The
organization is about 2000 users. Is 9GB big enough?
Thanks

It all depends on how busy the server is. Are those 2000 users sending
five messages each a day or five hundred?
I have 9Gb for logs on a server with 200 users. Most space I've seen
used up was around 1Gb, which built up over three days when the tape
drive was broken so we ran no backup.
I think you're stuck with PFs. :-(

Hi Brad.
Out of curiosity, is this Exchange5.5 or 2000?
That doesn't really make much difference in terms of transaction log
requirements, but 2000 average users on an Exchange5.5 machine is quite a

You could use Address Book Views in Exchange5.5 to maintain separate view of
the clients in the GAL and Galmod for their maintenance.
Or maintain them in Public Folders as advised.
Or you could use a third party app. ACT2000 is not bad. Goldmine is
another. Access2000 is another. These can

them to be able to update the GAL, and I don't want the business contacts
