deliver eMail to anyone and everyone. Specifically, messages regarding
the making of $800 in a day. Anyone know of anyway to block this stuff?

I believe that it might actually be an Outlook problem, but it's been
around for years and will probably be around for more.
Try using things like Mailbox Clean-up Agent, or deleting folders
instead.
