Why do you guys find it acceptable to reduce the quality of your virus scan as a solution to these problems. Get on the phone with Symantec. DEMAND them to fix this and tell them you will NOT use MAPI mode scanning. AVAPI is the only acceptable choice. -Original Message- From: Garland
