These are all great suggestions however upper mananagement does want to
spend another penny and want me to find a solution with what I have. I
found an article that states that if my exchange server was to go down I
can move it over to new hardware within limited time. My curr
Dunno. My second recommendation would be Double-Take and that's about USD
$4K per server.that can pay for a LOT of CALs.

I had a client at the last minute call me before he went on vacation to
setup his server so that he can get his email on his phone.
Lovely, he gets his email from a hosted email source and it gets stored
in exchange so they can have shared contacts. (Not my idea but the so
called computer genius b
