Did you enable IMAP on the individual user mailbox? I believe it's disabled by
default.

I am trying to install Outlook 2007 on a Windows 2003 Terminal Server
and I cannot get Outlook to connect to exchange 2003 over HTTPS. It
just gives me an error saying exchange server is not available. I've
done this same setup on a different Terminal Server and it worked just

Interesting.
So, if I, as a lowly accountant who is not a member of this group, try
to book a conference room as a resource (not as an optional or
mandatory attendee), the attempt fails?
That's not what is wanted. I wish anyone to be able to book the
resource as a resource, but not as a mandatory
IMAP service is running. I even tried the Mail program but did not have
any success.
There is no firewall.
Are there any settings in Ex2007 that would need to be tweaked for the
MAC connection?

Kurt,
I would think it is the same. We upgraded from 2000 to 2007 last year. We
have a Meeting Planners security group set up in AD. They are the only ones
who can book resources. Works fine for us.

All,
There is advice in this link:

set the mailbox to not accept messages from anyone.
(A distribution list or security group is good for this.)

Is there a firewall between your Exchange server and the internet, and is it

Is the imap service running?
In general, I recommend people use Entourage 2008 EWS and not IMAP.

Hi,
I have a new Exchange 2007 SP2 server and cannot get Entourage to
connect to it (Outlook clients and OWA are working fine). After
populating all credentials for the user account and server info I get

Hi all,
we are moving all the mailboxes to another infrastructure, where we have
limitation in mailbox sizes. At the moment we have an Exchange 2007 environment
with CCR.
My question now is how can I delete attachments in all user calendar. Is there
a command in power shell or a software?
Thanks
