I know this is crazy and I can't consider any alternative at the moment - but does anyone have guidance about how I can increase the receive limit for a particular mailbox? We currently have 25MB send and receive limits, but need to increase it for one mailbox to really unlimited for receiving.

Exchange version? I've got 2003 SP2 and don't see anything like that. Have you run any type of log analysis to see if the hits are spread out evenly among your users? Are things like OWA, Outlook Anywhere and Entourage http access being logged in the same place? Sorry not more help... On Wed,
