Is the user sending in plain text, rich text, or HTML? Have you enabled
message tracking?

Are you using the same account? We're migrating and I didn't realise that
autodiscover only works with mailboxes on your 2010 servers, so my new test
mailbox checked out fine on the test website, but my own mailbox which was
still on 2003 wouldn't work without being manually setup.
Im troubleshooting the same thing, we are on ex2k10sp1 in /hosting mode ..
We have a UCC cert but also use the autodiscover redirect config.. On our side
what happens is that the server is exchange.domain.com and the redirector is on
autodiscover.domain.com . For our clients we have autodiscover
