Thanks Michael, that seemed to work instantly which was a bit of a surprise -
expected to have to restart something as I'm fairly sure it breaking is due to
me restarting a couple of Exchange services over the weekend.

What those article say is the correct solution.
Just be careful that you don't delete ANYTHING BUT the empty servers container
(no higher level objects).
