I've seen that before with connected Sharepoint lists that are having issues. If you have any Sharepoint connections, it could be a permission or connection issue with a connected list, but you would have to troubleshoot by checking your Sharepoint lists and see what you have. Does a new

Just a WAG: check the permissions on the OAB web.config file and make sure that the authenticated users group has read and execute permissions. For some reason about 3 weeks after we started using Exchange 2010 we had login dialog boxes start appearing in Outlook and the GAL was not updating
