RE: Meeting Room does not AutoAccept meeting request

Bump. I am still randomly seeing this issue. A meeting request goes into the meeting room as tentative and after X amount of days or hours - the meeting gets processed and responds to the user. Anyone see this behaviour before? From: Fergal O'Connell [mailto:foconn...@curamsoftware.com] Sent:

No, But I did move the meeting room to another DB. And the issue is still occurring. I can also confirm that the meeting rooms settings are identical. The bizarre thing is that in a day or 2 the meeting room will process the request and the user will get a message to say the room is booked

Then I got nothing. All I can suggest is that you check out delegates, permissions, Get-Mailbox, Get-CasMailbox, Get-CalendarProcessing, Get-MailboxCalendarConfiguration. Somewhere, something is different. Regards, Michael B. Smith Consultant and Exchange MVP http://TheEssentialExchange.com

I'd delete it and start it again (based on the experience in my environment). If you have no other mailbox moves, and/or the MRS isn't tied up doing anything else, I'd expect to see the state change from Queued In Progress within a few minutes at most. If you run Get-MailboxExportRequest

I increased the logging on the server to expert and when I create a meeting I can see the event in the event viewer The Resource Booking Attendant for the mailbox etc... But when I create the same meeting in the meeting room that is not working it is not being processed by the Resource Booking

Great, thanks for the info. We currently have a wildcard cert for your production domain. I will do testing with a wildcard in my lab and work out the kinks. Thanks! From: Richard Stovall [mailto:rich...@gmail.com] Sent: Tuesday, February 07, 2012 10:08 PM To: MS-Exchange Admin Issues
