We have a new user's email that is getting bounce backs from external senders. Looking through our Edge server logs I see a 550 5.1.1 User unknown error. I haven't really used Exchange 2007's Edge server much so thought I'd get some feedback to troubleshoot this issue. Any help would be

It really depends also on what you mean by recover. If it is that you need to get the DAG back online and in use, that is one thing (I won't go into that). If you just want the data from it, and will be able to bring the mailbox back online elsewhere, that is another story. I recover DAGS all
