If the two Exchange servers are members of a DAG (I think you said they were), then you can't use NLB for Load Balancing. That's the downside of using multi-role servers. However what you've saved in not buying two CAS/HT servers, licenses etc and using NLB you can buy LBs and have money spare

It's not going to work as long as it's that big. I've had to do many mailboxes up to that size and the only way is to break them down in smaller bits. Make some folders and split it up and it will work fine, sorry but it's going to be a bunch, I think that despite what may be published size
