It is NOT SUPPORTED to put CAS in the DMZ. If you do not want to expose Exchange directly to the internet, then use a firewall with DPI or a reverse proxy. I don't know who your architect is, but I recommend you get someone who understands Exchange 2010. :) From: Jimmy Tran
