have just logged in as the network administrator to accomplish
this task for him. Is there a way to "grant" his account permission to
publish forms to the Exchange Server?

We are also using Antigen and it DEFINITELY ROCKS!!! We previously had
McAfee installed on the Exchange box. Before removing McAfee we ran a
complete scan and had it "clean" the server. We installed Antigen, ran the
scan, and found 800 viruses that McAfee had missed. I think you'll be very
sat
his (the user's) Contact list, the new contact appears. I have
no idea what is happening here - any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Close", the contact immediately disappears from their view of his Contacts.
However, on his (the user's) Contact list, the new contact appears. I have
