In pointing the Recovery Storage Group to another server with enough disk
space, it says that it needs to be a fixed disk. Is there anyway around this?
If not, I guess I will have to build a recovery server instead of using the
Recovery Storage Group.

In my personal experience, I've only ever done it prior to decommissioning a
server and wanting to run an on-line dump before hand. E.g. no point in
backing up 400GB of whitespace. See the link for a far more technical

I have a legacy Exchange 5.5 system ( long story don't ask..!!) which at
some point in time has had additional permissions set on the Recipients
container. Looks like at least one of the accounts used is through a
trust, which is now broken. Unfortunately Exchange Admin will not let
