I'm seeing an issue recently where it appears that my Exchange server
is duplicating messages and then delivering them.
For instance, UserA emails UserB.
UserA has one email in their sent items, and UserB has two in their
Inbox.

There isn't any reason you shouldn't be able to. Make sure any ports are open
and available.
Start the outlook client and authenticate. Do you have a specific problem?

forward logs from a DB restore I get this message:
Operation terminated with error -514 (JET_errBadLogVersion, Version of

The lab is/was running

I've added a new recipient policy. Not something I'm unfamiliar
with.. I have around 20 domains. However, whenever I try to email a
recipient with my new domains I get the old 5.7.1 Relay access denied.
I'm running Ex 2003 SP2. And I'm stumped and tired of fighting with it!

Well seems like I'm 'learning' a lot in my lab by adding an additional
server. (All 2003 SP3)
I moved my mailbox from one server to the new server.
When I email from a client on server1 to a mailbox on server2, it looks
like the SMTP server is trying to send it out the smart host i
default smtp vs.
