Ex2K new user creation problem

Hi We have a AD SCHEMA problem I think (permission ) When we create new users, the mailboxes are not functionnal (not created) Worst some user are not visible in the GAL anymore, evethough their mailbox are ok. Old Mailboxes Still work... MS Said it was a know issue and to REINSTALL OVER
