they can e-mail internally with out any issues, but cannot send any external
e-mail (it all bounces back). If they specify the IS server, they can send
external e-mail, but not internal.
Any ideas of where
to look to resolve this?

Question for the Guru's:
I am currently running Exchange Server 5.5 on NT 4.0 (SP6a) with SP 3
running on the exchange server.
I need to bring the Exchange Server to SP 4 in order for Antigen to run.
Which SP of the 10 do I need to apply to the server.
