We're running Server 2003/2008R2 domain with Exchange 2003 standard. We
have a "dual" domain going, with soastc.local used internally on private
address space and soastc.org external. My Exchange server is configured
to receive soastc.org mail and pass it on to users in the .local domain.
So far so
e's logged in to his Win7/Outlook2010 laptop or the
Server2003/Office2003 terminal server; he gets the same thing (or
doesn't).

Hi Jim
We need you to weigh in on the timing here. Does this look ok in terms
of what you are doing?

We just saw something like this; in our case, we had a mixed-mode W2k/W2k3
environment and recently upgraded to native W2k3. It appears that we forgot
to upgrade the Exchange server when we went native. Updating the Exchange
server seems to have solved the problem (so far).

Thank you for the link. That appears to explain the problem exactly, and it
applies to the version we're using. Splitting the list in two has solved the
problem; I'll warn the user to pay attention to the number of entries so it
doesn't recur.

dn't.
One additional data point: she can send to the DL with no problem; she just
can't open it to add/delete members.

Exchange Server event log isn't showing anything out of the
ordinary.
I Googled it, but all I came up with were things involving Exchange 5.5
(gone for years) and OWA (we're not using it).
Suggestions?
