I am trying to create a corporate contact list of external contacts in Exchange 2000. I've setup a public folder and assigned one of our users to be the gatekeeper to add external contacts. This works great because all of the users have access to the public folder even if using OWA. However, I can't seem to set address checking to look through the public folder, so my users have to manually lookup a contact and add it to the message.
