Doug - what firewall are you using, and what firewall are they using. We
had a similar situation between a customer using Raptor Firewall and our
Netscreen Firewall. Turned out it was nothing to do with exchange but
was a setting on our firewall

advised removing th CCMAIL connector - after which the update
