Is there a way to find accounts that haven't been used for a specified
period of time?? I'd like to nuke accounts that haven't been used for six
months or more. I haven't found this information. Since Arcserve IT and
other processes log into the users accounts the last login time isn't

What is the best way to set up my Help Desk staff as "password admins". I
guess I can just add them to the "account operators" group. Is there more to
the story that i don't see? Is that giving them too many rights?

I'm running Exchange Server 5.5 on NT 4 SP6a. Is there a way to limit the
size of public folders? I've been wanting to use them a little more but the
idea of turning users loose with no quotas scares me. I already have a 40GB
priv.edb that I have to contend with on the 1 server.

I have Exchange 5.5 running on NT 4. I want to install a second server
running Win2K as the OWA box. I made the W2K box a member of the Exchange
domain but when I run the E 5.5 setup for OWA it says that I am not a member
of the domain. Any ideas?

Do custom recipients require an exchange license? I use them to forward
email to pagers. We are running Exchange 5.5.
