5.5 Standard to Enterprise

Are the client licenses for 5.5 Standard the same for 5.5 Enterprise? In other words, if I upgrade to Enterprise do I need to buy new CALs if I'm not moving to Exchange 2000? Also, does anyone have any tips for this upgrade? It seems pretty straightforward. Scot List Charter and FAQ at:
