Someone else here mentioned the default time frame does not work (for
whatever reason) so, if your Last Modified Date is OK, you might want to set
it to run weekly, or even daily, to see if that works, then dial it back
until you reach the schedule
IIRC, the actual field checked is based upon the last modified, not
received.
