I can't seem to figure out why Outlook Anywhere and autodiscover won't
work. I have two NLB'd CAS/HUB servers.
I've gone over settings forward and backward, followed every online
article I can find, used the set-allvdirs.ps1 from exchangeninjas.com
but nothing seems to help.

Do you have an autodiscover.domain.com DNS record and a cert to go with it?
That was the only way I was able to get ours to work error free. I loaded
up Wireshark and saw that Outlook 2007 was calling for that DNS record
specifically.
As far as the errors you listed I think I got those same error
