I figured out how to clear the Public Folder logs when run Windows Server Backup on a DAG member that has copies of databases that are not active by doing the following: 1. Navigate to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\ExchangeServer\v14\Replay\Parameters. 2. Add a new DWORD value named EnableVSSWriter, and set its value to 0. 3. Exit Registry Editor and then restart the Microsoft Exchange Replication service.
Does anyone know what else this affect?
