We have a AD SCHEMA problem I think (permission )
When we create new users, the mailboxes are not functionnal (not created)
Worst some user are not visible in the GAL anymore, evethough their mailbox
are ok.
Old Mailboxes Still work...
MS Said it was a know issue and to REINSTALL OVER
BTW the GAL icon is not in Exchange Systgem Manager anymore

disappearing from the GAL, I'd ask what changed and
certainly a call to Microsoft is worth it.
Have you reinstalled yet?
