We are running Exchange 2010 SP1 ru3 with 2 HT/CAS servers, 1 CAS (OWA) and 3 Mailbox (DAG) servers. After taking care of the schema extension and AD updates, I installed SP2 and ru4 on one of the HT/CAS servers last night and now I can't run the BPA on the box. It launches and comes up with the "Updates and Customer Feedback" page. The "Go to the Welcome screen" button is greyed out as are the links to start a new scan on the left. Nothing is being reported in the event log.
