We have a mixed mode Exchange environment with Exchange 2003 and 2010. Internally (I haven't checked externally yet) if an email with some formatting is sent to a user with their mailbox on the 2003 server it displays properly. The same email displays as text only on the mailbox hosted on Exchange 2010. I guess there must be a setting somewhere!? Andy
