I
found out I had to change the logon account for the exchange services from
"local system" to the exchange 5.5 service account because its in mixed mode
still.
but
I cant logon to OWA.. i get page canno
to install the E2k ADC , setup the CA's, get that replication
working fine.
Then I did my
/forestprep and /domain prep.
I confirmed all was
working fine.
Then I upgraded the
server from E5.5 SP4 to E2k.
All went fine until
the end, when I got these errors:

fine)For some reason after a restart last week we started getting the
MSExchangeSA and FBPublish errors. The problem is that Exchange 2000 does not
require ADC to talk to Windows 2000 Active Directory. ADC only
