What might cause someone to lose the folders they created in there Outlook? The setup is NT 4.0 Sever W SP6A, Exchange Server V5.5 with SP4. Employee left one day and logged off as he normally does, and when he came back in the next morning, the folders were gone. Nothing had been done as Maintena
