I had a user come to me with that same problem today. Guess what I have
a large Compaq exchange server here and all my users pop the mail off
it to local PSTs??? WTF No wonder they fired the last guy...

we have the same problem here.
1. Separate into years (1999.pst, 2000.pst, 2001.pst)
2. archive old years to CD
3. put the old years .pst files to the hard drive some place where they
can't find them and open them
