Quick question.

I have a few mailboxes in a test environment for our exchange 2007 SP2 to
Exchange 2010 migration. I migrated the mailboxes and now when i go to the owa
url for the 2007 CAS server it says "Use the following link to open this
mailbox with optimal performance:" and lists what appears to be an owa url
using the default smtp address in exchange (which goes nowhere useful).

Given that it says for "Optimal performance" is there a way in the meantiime of
migrating mailboxes that the 2007 CAS can connect to mailboxes on the 2010
mailbox server so that users can continue to easily access them without having
to use a different url while we are migrating. After migration is complete we
will change our DNS so that the 2007 owa url points to the 2010 owa, however in
the meantime we want to keep it simple for the users. I assumed that in the
meantime 2007 could still handle owa for mailboxes on the 2010 server, is that
not true?

Thanks!
