Seriously. It was caused by an office security patch a couple months ago.

I have an issue with outlook that I'm finding a little difficult to
troubleshoot. Trying to search for ideas is like finding a needle in a

Infrastructure details:-
Windows XP SP3 and Windows 7 clients.
Outlook 2007 SP2
Exchange 2007 SP1 with Update Rollup 7
Outlook Anywhere in use
