I would stay away from Iphone support if you can.
Mobileme is fraught with problems, search mobileme in www.tuaw.com for some posts about it. Confidential stuff has the same problem as any other mobile device being Blackberry windows mobile or other, if you lose it someone can look at your info. There's remote wipes for the Iphone. Active sync requires Exchange 2003 or 2007 to be accessible from the internet. I can sync, Contacts Email and Calendar, but you can only have either work or personal one wipes the other.
