I'm thinking the boss may have meant an ASP (application service provider)Exchange host as opposed to an ISP. Some of them can be found here http://www.crowcanyon.com/ExchangeASP.htm. Can't imagine thata company would go from a full featured groupware platform togeneric internet email

It is cheaper if the ISP hosts your email. You can host it for a lot less than Exchange, too. If you are just using Exchange for basicemail you paid too much! I think the headaches will still be there.They'll just be different ones. You are entrusting the service provider to have full
