r Exchange 2003 server in our other site.
I’m trying to determine if this is why some messages were delayed 2-3 hours.
I’ve understandably got some upset users.

Does ntbackup use VSS for backing up Exchange? I don't think that it does
by default. How did you set it up to do so?
