Not trying to hijack the thread, but has anyone done an exchange 2003 to 2010 migration ? I'm in a single server exch2003 sp2 environment now and have been having discussions with management on migrating to either 2007 or 2010. I'm leaning towards 2010 because of it's better virtualization
