POSH only. Go get a free copy of PowerGUI and then go find this script
mbsizereportv4.ps1 and run it in a separate window, it will give you a nice
looking report that you can even check individual folders in each mailbox.

I use this powershell script (stolen somewhere online, might have been someone
here) with E2007. It creates a simple list that could be redirected to a
file. I haven't played with E2010 yet.
