Put up a *nix server running postfix and Maia Mailguard. Let it import your SMTP addresses from only those OUs that you want, and set it up to reject unknown recipients. This will protect your enterprise from stupid dictionary attacks, instead of exposing all of your SMTP addresses in Exchange to
